To establish the Free World Efficient Growth (FWEG) portfolio inclusive of companies which do not have evident presence or interest in repressive countries (such as Russia, China, Iran and North Korea) while providing stable growth opportunities for investors
To provide a FWI scoring system in assessing the country investment risk of the companies listed on the Nasdaq 100 and Standard and Poor's (S&P) 500
To promote public awareness about the importance of ethical investment in protecting global freedom and human rights
To advocate global companies in shifting their focus back on liberal democracies through highlighting the political and country investment risk from conducting business in repressive countries

Investors should have the right to know to what extent their investment portfolios, including retirement funds, pension plans, insurance, stocks and bonds are allocated into repressive countries
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
Investors should have the right to choose or avoid any countries or regions where their underlying investment are directed to
MORALITY
Corporate profits should never be earned at the expense of fundamental values such as freedom and human rights
SELF - RELIANCE
The free world should not rely on repressive regimes for its economic development
